Milk & Cookies Party

Well, I'm not a big personal blogger, but Hogan's first birthday had a lot of things I wanted to show y'all--some great Etsy finds, one of my projects, and it was so cute!

The cake turned out great!  If y'all live around Jonesboro, AR, Jeny's Cakery makes great cakes (that taste good too!)

Hogan's monthly & cake pics on one of the bulletin boards I recently made--I love the way it turned out!  I am going to be making some to send to Oxford like this, and you can email me to order one as well.

Not exactly sure why this is the best picture I got of the "take home" bags--but the stickers I got here were so cute!

I also love these burlap & chalkboard flags--they are sold separately so you can get as many as you need, and reuse them!  You can see them here.  I'm thinking about stocking these at the booth--what do y'all think?

Sweetest little boy...and closeup of the bulletin board (shows the colors better)

The whole set-up--excuse the wrinkled tablecloth-this was put together super fast!

One of my (many) New Year's Resolutions is to blog more--I have a lot of stuff in the works, and lots of things I haven't even shown you yet!  Stay tuned!

Rush Time!

I know most college's have already done rush this year, but Ole Miss's started today, and that's my main market--you can order them whenever though!

Here is a sampling of sorority pillows--the pictures are kind of bad, hopefully I'll get some new ones up on Facebook in a few days, and I may change the fabrics on a few of them, but you get the general idea.

They can also be ordered to match the girls' rooms, like these...

Any orders placed by Monday October 3rd at noon can be wrapped and delivered to the sorority houses next week for an additional charge of $5--easy! The pillows are $35, and $45 for the ruffled ones.  Custom ones may carry an extra charge depending on size and fabric choice.  Email me to order one!

Don't forget The Chipper Chickie also has her burlap door hangers-so cute for the dorm or apartments!  These can also be ordered and delivered..

Good Luck with Rush everybody!

I'll leave you with 2 pictures of my sweet little beach bums

New Etsy Store Listings---and Potential Giveaway!

So, I'm pretty sure this is one of my favorite things I've made in a while!  I needed something to put on our kitchen table (that we eat 3 meals a day on....with a 2 year old...and pretty soon an infant)--needless to say it needed to be no fuss and easy to clean!

It looks so great on my table, my husband actually likes it, and it's pretty kid-proof!  I have several listings in the Etsy shop for various sizes, and I can do custom sizes.

I also added a few new letter styles...

green & cream zig zag

owl-hoot hoot!

and orange with white polka dots--for all you UT fans (Texas or Tennessee), or if you just like orange!

I'm also gonna run a little contest (if you can call it that?)--when we get to 100 followers, I'm gonna give away a $50 gift certificate!  So, if you don't follow, do so now (I mean, don't you want to keep up with new stuff?!)!  Share my blog with your friends to get them too...the quicker the better!  I'm running a similar campaign on my Facebook page, so follow that too to get in on that giveaway!

Hope everyone had a great weekend...ours was full of birthday cake and bouncy things for our sweet little boy!
